UPSC has also released the criterion for minimum requirement in each paper, for Prelims as well as Mains.
As per the new criterion,

Based on the latest results, the cut-offs for the 2013 Prelimns exam stand at 241 for the General Category.
This number is far more than the cut-off mark for 2012 prelimns.
UPSC has also announced the minimum requirement of marks for each subjects of the Mains examination.
